Dear Participants,

Below are the details of our refund policy for the Copernicus Olympiad Global Rounds:

1. Visa Rejection:
If a participant’s visa application is rejected, the participant must inform the Copernicus Olympiad Committee immediately and claim the refund.
A non-refundable fee of $150 per participant will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

2. Visa Approval and Non-Participation:
If a participant is granted a visa but decides not to participate, there will be no refund unless it is an emergency. Proof of the emergency must be provided.
In the case of an approved emergency, the registration fee will be refunded after deducting actual expenses, including accommodation, transportation, entry tickets, and bank charges.

3. Refund Claim Process:
Participants must fill out the refund form with all necessary information and notify the support team at support@copernicusolympiad.us to initiate the refund process.

4. Refund Application Timing:
If the refund application is made 20 days or more before the event date, the refund will be processed within one week from the start of the refund application.
If the refund application is made less than 20 days before the event start date, the refund will be initiated during the second week after the event concludes and will be processed within 2 weeks.

5. Partial Event Attendance:
Participants who wish to attend only the Opening and Awards ceremonies and the Exam must apply for the refund at least 20 days before the event start date.
Refund applications made after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
A standard non-refundable fee of $150 per participant will be deducted from the refund.

6. Fund Transfer:
Participants cannot request to transfer their funds to the next competition.
